How Much Cockney Rhyming Slang Do You Use?

We're sometimes asked to help a student out with their academic research. We're very happy to help if we can. So can you help out someone who's fascinated by the Cockney lingo and is doing some important research?Emilie is a student at£Johannes Gutenberg-Universit├ñt Mainz in Germany.
She writes:
"I have spent 8 wonderful months in England in 2012. Somefriends told me about Cockney Rhyming Slang, I thought this would be a great topic for my presentation =D.
Now my teacher told me to make asurvey for my second presentation, about 'young British people using rhyming slang' and why it has kind of a 'revival' nowadays (does it at all?) (Good question Emilie - Uncle Fred).
So I designed a questionnaire, but since I only know a few ÔÇÿyoung BritishÔÇÖ friends and my teacher said IÔÇÖd need a lot more responses, it would really be SO cool, if you could help me by putting the link on your website!! There are only 6questions and I PROMISE everyone can do it in under 5 mins! =)))"
We've asked Emilie to share her findings, so guys and gals, please go ahead and fill out the survey:
